ICMEP is delighted to offer an evening of music in support of the children of Bethlehem!

Garth Hewitt is founder of Amos Trust, a UK human rights organization with partners in Palestine, south Africa, Nicaragua, Burundi, India, and Tanzania. He also is Honorary Canon at St. George's Anglican Cathedral, East Jerusalem.

A friend and protégé of Sir Cliff Richard, Hewitt has sung in St. Paul's Cathedral; a Bolivian maximum security prison, the Grand Ole Opry, and the apartheid wall in Bethlehem. He has recorded more than 40 albums, addressing the plight of India's Dalits; South Africa's anti-apartheid struggle; for Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza. His latest albums are My Name is Palestine, Songs of the Fifth Gospel, and Easter Revolution. In 1988, Garth Hewitt was named International Artist of the Year at the Gospel Music Association's Dove Awards, in Nashville, TN.

FREE & Open to the Public!

Please note an offering will be taken to support the children's camps of Bethlehem's Wi'am and Al-Rowwad Centers.
