5 Broken Cameras is a first-hand account of almost 5-years of non-violent protests in Bil'in, a West Bank village affected by the illegal Israeli Separation Barrier and the encroaching illegal settlement stealing the village’s land.
It was shot by Palestinian farmer Emad Burnat and his family, and was nominated for a 2103 Academy Award.
We will screen the film on Thursday, July 28th and then host Iyad Burnat, head of the Bil'in Popular Committee Against the Wall, the following Thursday, August 4th.
