Commemoration of the UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights

On Thursday, December 5, 2019, we will commemorate the 71st anniversary of the UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Our speaker will be Brian Zahnd. Brian is the co-founder and pastor of Word of Life Church in Saint Joseph, MO, and author of several books, including A Farewell to Mars: An Evangelical Pastor's Journey Toward the Biblical Gospel of Peace, tracing his journey “from war-crier to peacemaker.” Brian also spoke at the 2018 Christ at the Checkpoint conference in Bethlehem.

In addition to hearing from Brian, the evening will include readings from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, music from the Just Music Project, and more.
